Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses across India only. At checkout, we require a valid Indian phone number and PIN code for every delivery address.

Processing time

Processing time (how long between payment and your order being picked up for production) depends on how many orders we’re currently working through. Rather than promise a fixed number that may not hold at busy times, we show you the current estimate directly on the checkout page before you pay, based on real order volume at that moment. Some items may take longer if they are made to order, and that will be noted on the product page.

Delivery timelines

Once shipped, delivery usually takes [X–Y business days], depending on your location. Metro areas are typically faster than remote locations.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on every order, everywhere we deliver.

Tracking your order

You can check your order’s current status any time from your order history, including when it moves to queued, picked up for production, in transit, and delivered.

Delays

Occasionally, delivery can be delayed by factors outside our control (courier disruptions, weather, regional restrictions). We’ll keep your order status updated and let you know if we expect a significant delay.
